Bravo Yogurt Super Probiotic shake recipe, combine these ingredients for a super food shake formula:



4 fl. oz. of Bravo Probiotic Yogurt
2 scoops of One World Whey protein or 1 scoop of One World Whey and 8 tablets of Dr Reinwalds My Amino tablets
20 drops of Organic Fulvic Acid x350
1 tsp of organic hemp seed oil
1 tsp Marine Phyto Plankton Powder
1 tablespoon of MCT Oil
3-4 oz. of filtered water or organic coconut water or organic coconut milk or organic almond milk or organic rice milk or organic hemp milk (do not use soy milk of any kind)
Optional: add 3 or 4 ice cubes

Afterwards take 10 tablets Biotics Reasearch Intenzyme Forte
